Returns & Exchanges

• Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  
  In their original condition
  Free from signs of wear
  Undamaged
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

• Need a different length or style? No problem!
• Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
  
  In their original condition
  Free from signs of wear
  Undamaged
  
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the replacement item has a different price, we will let you know if there is a balance due or a refund owed.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the original item back to us and Serenabel will cover shipping of the replacement item.

Custom jewelry or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once photo proof is provided, we will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account. 
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
